These Terms of Service apply to your use of the FlashNFunky website, Sticker Creator tools,
membership services, downloadable files, and any related digital services provided by FlashNFunky
(“FlashNFunky”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, uploading artwork, or using
the Sticker Creator, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the Sticker Creator

The FlashNFunky Sticker Creator is an online tool that allows users to upload images and generate
sticker-related digital files. Features may include background removal, sticker borders, sticker
sheets, cutline files, print-ready files, and downloadable output files.

The tool is designed to assist with sticker file preparation, but it does not replace your own
review of the final artwork, sizing, spelling, image quality, borders, cutlines, layout, or print
suitability.

2. Account Registration

To use the Sticker Creator, you may need to create an account and provide accurate information,
including your name, email address, username, and payment details.

You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure. You must not share your account
access with others unless we have given you permission.

3. Membership, Trial and Subscription Payments

The Sticker Creator membership is currently offered at $10 per month with a
1 day free trial, unless stated otherwise on the checkout page.

After the free trial ends, your selected payment method may be charged automatically unless you
cancel before the trial period ends.

Subscription prices, trial periods, features, inclusions, and payment methods may change from time
to time. Any current price and trial details shown at checkout will apply to your purchase.

4. Fair Use Access

Your paid subscription gives you access to the FlashNFunky Sticker Creator for reasonable personal,
creative, or small business sticker preparation use.

The subscription is not intended to provide unlimited, high-volume, automated, commercial-scale,
or continuous all-day processing.

To keep the service reliable and affordable for all users, access is subject to fair use. This
includes reasonable limits on the number of jobs submitted, images uploaded, file sizes, repeated
processing, storage use, and overall processing load.

The current tool limit is up to 20 images per job. This limit may change from time to time
depending on service performance, hosting, storage, and processing requirements.

You must not use bots, scripts, shared accounts, automated requests, or excessive repeated
processing in a way that places unreasonable load on the website, worker, file storage, email
systems, or related services.

If we believe an account is using the service excessively, unfairly, or outside normal sticker
preparation use, we may contact you, temporarily limit access, pause processing, request that usage
be reduced, or suspend access where necessary.

If you need higher-volume or commercial production access, please contact FlashNFunky to discuss a
custom arrangement.

5. Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription through your account area, or by contacting FlashNFunky if you
need help.

Cancelling your subscription stops future subscription renewals. It does not automatically refund
previous payments unless required by law or agreed by us.

You are responsible for cancelling before your next billing date if you do not want to be charged
again.

6. Refunds

Because the Sticker Creator provides access to digital tools and downloadable file generation,
change-of-mind refunds may not be available once the service has been accessed or used.

This does not limit any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws.
Consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law apply automatically and cannot be excluded.

If something has gone wrong with your subscription or access to the Sticker Creator, please contact
us so we can review the issue.

7. Uploaded Images and Artwork Rights

By uploading images or artwork to the Sticker Creator, you confirm that:

You own the uploaded content, or you have permission to use it;
Your use of the content does not infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights of another person or business;
The content is not illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, defamatory, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate;
You are responsible for the content you upload and the files you generate from it.

We may refuse, remove, block, or delete uploaded content or generated files if we believe they
breach these Terms or may create legal, safety, or operational issues.

8. File Processing and Storage

Uploaded images may be processed automatically by FlashNFunky systems to generate downloadable
output files, including sticker sheets, single sticker files, cutline files, and related file
packages.

Your uploaded files and generated files may be stored temporarily so that the service can process
your job, provide a download link, and email you when your files are ready.

We may delete uploaded files, generated files, job data, or download links after processing, after
a reasonable storage period, or at our discretion.

You should download and safely store any files you want to keep. We do not guarantee that generated
files or download links will remain available permanently.

9. Checking Your Files Before Use

You are responsible for checking all generated files before printing, cutting, selling, sharing, or
using them.

This includes checking:

Image quality and resolution;
Spelling, text, logos, and artwork details;
Background removal accuracy;
Sticker borders and stroke settings;
Cutline placement, cutline offset, and cutline suitability;
Sticker sheet layout, sizing, spacing, and scale;
File format and compatibility with your own printer, cutter, RIP software, or workflow.

Generated files are provided as digital output files based on the settings and images you provide.
Results may vary depending on the quality of the uploaded artwork, selected settings, browser,
device, and software used to open or print the files.

10. No Guarantee of Perfect Results

The Sticker Creator uses automated tools and user-selected settings. While we aim to provide useful
and accurate file generation, we do not guarantee that every output will be perfect, error-free, or
suitable for every print, cutter, or production setup.

You should test files before relying on them for commercial production.

11. Prohibited Use

You must not use the website or Sticker Creator to:

Upload or generate content you do not have the legal right to use;
Infringe copyright, trademarks, or intellectual property rights;
Create illegal, harmful, hateful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or misleading content;
Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code;
Attempt to bypass login, payment, membership, download, or security restrictions;
Interfere with the website, servers, automations, payment systems, or other users;
Resell, copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the Sticker Creator or related systems.

12. Intellectual Property

You keep ownership of the images and artwork you upload, subject to any rights held by other
parties.

By uploading content, you give FlashNFunky permission to process, store, copy, modify, and generate
output files from that content only as needed to provide the Sticker Creator service.

The FlashNFunky website, branding, tool design, code, layouts, text, processes, and related
materials belong to FlashNFunky or its licensors and must not be copied or reused without
permission.

13. Service Availability, Queued Jobs and Email Delivery

We aim to keep the website and Sticker Creator available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted
access.

The service may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, updates, hosting issues,
third-party service issues, internet problems, worker processing delays, payment issues, or other
technical problems.

If a job is submitted and cannot be completed immediately, it may be held in a queue and processed
when the service, processing system, or related tools are available again.

Where possible, once a queued job is completed, we may provide the download link on the Sticker
Creator page and/or send the download link to the email address connected to your account.

Email delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by spam filters, incorrect account email
addresses, mailbox issues, email provider delays, or third-party mail service problems. You are
responsible for checking your account email address is correct and for checking your spam or junk
folder if you are waiting for a download link.

14. Third-Party Services

Our website and Sticker Creator may rely on third-party services, including payment providers,
hosting providers, email services, automation tools, file storage services, plugins, and other
software providers.

We are not responsible for outages, delays, errors, fees, or changes caused by third-party services,
although we will take reasonable steps to resolve issues where possible.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlashNFunky is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits,
loss of business, lost data, production delays, print errors, cutting errors, wasted materials, or
losses caused by your use of generated files without checking them first.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy
that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws.

16. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services may come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer
Law. Where consumer guarantees apply, you may be entitled to a remedy if there is a major or minor
failure with the goods or services.

These Terms are intended to operate alongside your legal rights, not replace them.

17. Privacy

We may collect and use personal information such as your name, email address, account details,
payment-related information, uploaded files, job data, and generated file records to provide the
website, membership, payment, support, and Sticker Creator services.

Payment details may be processed by third-party payment providers. We do not intentionally store
full card details on our website.

You should also review our Privacy Policy if available.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with
the latest update date.

If you continue using the website or Sticker Creator after the Terms are updated, you agree to the
updated Terms.
